Creamed honey is a great favourite for many from past generations and is making a rapid comeback. It has a thicker creamier texture than regular honey but, despite the name, it does not contain any cream at all and it is definitely dairy-free - it just has a creamy texture.
The only ingredient in Beelish Creamed Honey is our raw honey. We always keep a small amount of creamed honey from our last batch and add it to our next batch of raw honey, we mix it together and cool it for just the right amount of time to make it deliciously creamy and ready to spread on your bread, toast, pancakes and crumpets !
