Creamed honey has been a great favourite for many generations and is making a rapid comeback. It has a smooth thick texture but, despite the name, it does not contain any cream at all, and it is definitely dairy-free - it just has a creamy texture.
The only ingredient in Beelish Creamed Honey is raw honey. We always keep a small amount of creamed honey from our last batch and add it to our next batch of raw honey, we mix it together and cool it for just the right amount of time to make it deliciously creamy and ready to spread on your bread, toast, pancakes and crumpets !
